if i accidentally have too much dairy then i also get the worst cystic breakouts ever 😭💔 so crazy how certain foods can be so inflammatory for our skin!

My skin was way worse then that. I had cystic acne on my face, neck, back, chest and legs and inside my ears. I took Accutane for 2 years and used panoxyl products.
