This is so me all theses signs and symptoms are so exhausting to me. My family thinks I need to bd on medication I’m on anxiety medicine, but they think I need to be on antidepressant medicine possibly medicine for sleep too. Because it’s affecting me and my daily life. I pray a lot asking God for help comfort straight in peace. I feel like he’s helping me or be like all theses signs would be driving me crazy so thank you God! For all your help in me and my life. Amen!🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I have a real bad social anxiety where I get so nervous my body shakes especially in around a lot of people and closed in places. I was shaking so bad I’m being so nervous around the people that my body was shaking so bad I felt like I was having a seizure. The crazy thing is I like people I don’t know why I get that way I start talking to people and they talk with to me anxiety and nervousness goes away. dear God, please help me through this social anxiety and all my anxiety, panic attacks. Thank you, amen. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I have all these symptoms, and I was dealing with them, but since my husband passed away last year 2025 and my family had me move from my home that lived at since the 90s to be closer to them so it wouldn’t be alone they move me from my hometown Texas Orlando, Florida about 20 minutes away from they think that my husband is passed and I’m alone. I can’t make my choices and decisions on my own I have a lot of health issues with my anxiety and they my brother and sister in-law mean well! If they let me make my own decisions we would get along fine. people with anxiety like me does not like change any kind of change and we deal with the change. I wanna deal with it in my own time and way no one else’s way! anxiety is hard enough to deal and live with people help and love one another. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
