Flat bench recommendation is an L. It’s a good movement but incline is elite.

HELP :
Deep skull crushers to the bench not to your head, don’t sleep on incline press, legs are simple just don’t skip hip flexors- yall are allergic to resistance bands and it shows, shoulders are easy- I’ve never done ohp- rear delt belong on a back day, crunch machine is dogshit - it hits more hip flexor than abs due to minimal spinal flexion- again yall are allergic to things that aren’t a machine- try bosu/exercise ball, you need 3 back exercises not 2- you’re sleeping on lat pullover when biceps fatigue.
