@michaelcranny6687: Halo all, so glad to have spent my Sunday at the gym. Did my shoulder and triceps day, even tried a new exercise called sandbag carry. That was pretty awesome for a new feeling, there was two downsides. The sluggish feeling nearing the end. And the elliptical, I switched to the AMT type and my feet were killing me by the end of it. All in all still glad to have been at the gym. Now heading home for both work on book 2, and getting ready for Sunday night livestream.
