Real. The other night I went from the kitchen which has no ac or air/ventilation to the bathroom- same thing and I could t make it down the hallway. My mom had to help me to the couch. It was the first time really since I got diagnosed where I truly felt like I couldn’t move. Not just worried but physically incapable.
