This is Chief Demarcus Friend, who apparently believed that after I told him my grandmother did not want the weak ass chili they were passing out, he could arrest me simply because I used profanity. I didn’t act up because my granny was sitting in the door. I love my Granny. This idiot would later throw me out of a City of Durant Board Meeting for recording.
