@wugrapher: LA county has 13 animal shelters. All of them are kill shelters due to limited spaces and fundings. Even though the staff and volunteers tried their best. Not every animals had the chance they deserved to find a home. Baldwin Park shelter is one of the most overcrowded shelters. Some dogs we took pictures of on July 4th are already on the 72 hour kill list, despite in great conditions. Some of them are still young puppies. They need fostering and adoption.
