I know this is a joke but my sons prayer every meal is “thank you for this food, I hope it makes us big and strong” and today while eating dinner he told us that he doesn’t want eat anything unhealthy anymore and his goal is to eat 100% healthy food by the end of this year. He said he’ll do that for one year then slowly start adding sweets back in. He’s 10 😭 I know that’s God saying “I’ll make you big and strong”

No, of course this won’t happen in real life. I’ve never seen it happen so this is why when I’m eating some something unhealthy as I am right now I say, “Lord, I know this is not nutritional to my body, but please don’t let it be a hurt or a harm to my body thank you Lord in Jesus name amen” you know because technically I know this is not nutrition to my body, but if it’s all I have to eat at the time Lord just don’t don’t let it take me. OK don’t let it break me either.
