Men are more open to polyamory until their women are pulling more people than them. They only see themselves in the "winning side" of polyamory. When they're hit by reality they're soooo quick to change their mind. They become extremely traditional and extremely possessive in no time. 😂

Honestly I do love it but my biggest deal is that when it’s my time it feels like my time. And at the same time when he is with the other women he is loving them appropriately. When he is loving her correctly it is so heartwarming to me. I hate having claims on anyone and I’d hate for someone to “claim” me. Without 110% communication it’s not actually poly it’s just cheating.

I feel very ignorant in most discussions of polyamory, but I do notice most people approach the simplest discussions of it as if they would be forced into it, rather than it being something that is a choice for others. I don’t know how polyamory works, and my personal viewpoint of it is almost that it’s an entirely different form of sexuality than mine that someone should be allowed to chose if they so desire. I am curious though. Like what percentage of the population is polyamorous enough for the dynamics to work? What’s the gender split, sexuality split, class split? Do they move to certain cities? Is there a unifying tattoo? Do they have activism? What rights are they denied? These are questions I ask from my own bias that they and I are different identities altogether, which could be wrong and, again, my own ignorance. I guess it’s why I don’t feel as threatened by it. I don’t even have polyplatonic relationships. What the fuck was my point when I started typing?
