I'm in a townhome and after some research I went with 3 of the Jackery Generators with the Solar Panels. Enough to handle a deep freezer refrigerator portable air conditioner or heater and small appliances or personal devices as well. Thanks!

Those solar batteries can be wired into your breaker box. I hired an electrician to connect mine. I turn off the water heater when I’ve ran it because it will drain it pretty quickly.
