That thrust bearing is almost a consumable. Check it every year before going to field.

Simple fix. Just need a new thrust bearing and possibly the hub. Won’t take you very long to fix

You’ve got lucky with that one. I bought a 9770 when I started and I think we almost replaced the whole combine in 2 years and a few fires. Finally the hydraulics exploded and I bought a case.

We run 2 combines a 2188 and a 7120 but we have an old 1660 as a backup just in case. 1660 hasn’t done anything in 3 years but i guarantee I could start it up and give it grease and she would go
