The difference with Clayface tho is that they greenlit it because the script was so good. I’m being honest when I say this, if marvel had a REALLY GOOD Venom or Kraven script, then yea idc. I don’t think I mind at all as long as it makes sense and that it’s a good movie

Supergirl was never meant to be the second movie in the dcu and clayface was never PLANNED to be made. The scripts were done and so the movies got made. Idk why people don't get that

You guys are just larping. Context is key. The start of the DCU was affected by how the DCEU ended. You can’t just jump into WW, Flash, and Aquaman when we saw them all in 2023 in bad movies. And we haven’t got DCu Batman yet because of The Batman 2

What’s w the switch up on the dcu slate when it came out everyone was so excited that it would be different from how the mcu started and that were getting different types of projects like a clayface horror movie but now all of a sudden we get one disappointing project in supergirl and now everyone’s complaining about the slate and how it’s starting like they’re still gonna do the popular characters like Batman Wonder Woman flash like do people think there gonna put clayface and peacemaker in the justice league 😭 like no it’s their own story’s the whole point of the dcu was to be like Star Wars with a connected universe with different stories that didn’t have to connect and not like the mcu
