I honestly had high expectations because of the view, but the overall experience was disappointing. The first issue was the ordering process. While I was placing my order, the cashier kept paying attention to the customers coming in instead of listening to me, which resulted in my order being entered incorrectly. When I had to order again, the staff seemed so lost that they didn't even know what I had ordered. To make things worse, I wasn't given a receipt, so there was no way for me to verify my order. The waiting time was also unreasonable. We waited so long that my hot coffee was already cold by the time it was served. The food wasn't anything special either, and there was no consistency in the quality. I also wouldn't recommend this place for a family gathering. Instead of serving everyone's meals at the same time, the dishes came out one by one with long gaps in between. It took away the whole experience of enjoying a meal together since some of us had already finished eating while others were still waiting for their food. As for the place itself, yes, the overlooking view is beautiful. However, getting there is another story. The road is extremely steep, making the trip feel more stressful than enjoyable. Overall, the view alone isn't enough to make up for the poor service, disorganized ordering process, long waiting times, and average food. Unfortunately, this isn't a café I'd visit again or recommend to others
