T-pellets work best for me. T cream even at higher doses can’t raise my T and Free T up enough therapeutically so I need to go back on pellets. I had no side effects with T pellets except slight brief acne in first round and felt better. A woman needs to know her options and work with a provider that does labs and combined with symptoms make a decision together for what HRT is appropriate for them🤗
