My FIL makes a different version of poppers where he cooks sausage and mixes it in the cream cheese mix: it’s a delicious alternative to the bacon wrapped I’m used to!

HOW worth it is a freeze dryer? genuinely. I have a HUGE garden and planning a giant orchard. I can and dehydrate already. and have multiple freezers to freeze things. we're still very uncertain how with a freeze dryer would be to us.
