KAOS NEEDS TO BE REHOMED. He needs proper care and attention. Leaving a dog outside 24/7, even during a NYC heat advisory is so dangerous, with temperatures reaching around 100°F. A tent with an old ac unit doesn't do anything. The tent won't even stay cool. Can you imagine the discomfort he's been feeling? This is not okay. Why own a pet if this is how you are going to treat them? I've never seen a pets water bowl be this extremely dirty. And in this heat, that water is hot. Shame on the owners

Girl, you have enough evidence in that video that you could call the police, get the owner reported, and get full custody of that dog. What he is doing is slow-blown abuse, and you got proof is constant
