I think most people can only afford the collabs which is why they do them so often. That’s probably the only times they make a lot of money 😅 I have ONE item that isn’t a collab. It’s a mini purse that was $295 and yes I have buyer’s remorse

I wait for it to go on sale. I just got a $395 dress for $130. My other clothes from them I’ve gotten on a similar discount if not even more of a discount (like a $365 dress I got for $80). I have bought from them full price before but as cute as the stuff is it’s not worth it so those items have gone back. Literally everything eventually goes on super sale so there’s no need to ever buy anything full price. Just give it time and you can easily get it for more than half off.

they also pay $18/hr to work in their nyc stores which is so low compared to what they sell & what other “luxury” stores pay their employees. skims doesnt have prices that high and they pay their workers $25hr+
