I currently experiencing brain fog these past few days, I’m gaining weight also which I’m really confused because it’s already been 4 months since I choose not to eat rice on breakfast and dinner (only fruits, vegetables and wheat bread), refuse to eat fast food and sugary drinks, hair loss and low self confidence😭😭😭

Diagnosed with pcos at 14 , had my son at 24 in 2020 , unexplaiend new symptoms started 2024 dr put it all down to 'just pcos' .. 2 years pushing back for more tests .. Monday I have a biopsy for endometrial cancer 😔
