Lucid dreaming gets harder the older you get. Also, be careful to not do it too much, you can get trapped in wake loops. A truly terrifying experience.

I tried for years to lucid dream. And the ONE TIME I actually got it to work, I realized I was dreaming, I got so excited, but I didn’t know what to do. So I just reached into my pocket and pulled out a subway sandwich. And then I woke up. To this day, I’m still so mad at myself 😭😭 my one shot and I chose to eat subway!?!??!

Does anybody else always KINDA lucid dream? Like I'm always aware I'm dreaming, but not aware enough to consciously control my dream, I just always know it's not real

I’ve always been a lucid dreamer. Almost all of my dreams have been lucid as far back as I can remember. The biggest tip I would suggest to people is that you are in control of literally everything. Nothing is “stopping” or “attacking” you except your own subconscious or conscious beliefs. You can do anything even if you read somewhere online that you can’t. Don’t believe in time or waking loops, limiting languages (you can’t “look at mirrors” “use a phone” “look at clocks” “tell someone you’re dreaming” etc.), “I got pulled into a different room by a higher entity because they realized I knew”, or whatever you’re reading or seeing posted, because it’s all bull. YOU are the most powerful person/thing in your own dreams. You can yeet whoever or whatever you don’t want straight out. You can change or build literally whatever you want. You can DO and BE whatever you choose. There’s no secret universal code that you have to abide by or something controlling you.

My mom passed and I had a lucid dream where I got to hug her. It was the nicest thing that I ever experienced

Please please please listen to me yall- I’ve been lucid dreaming ONLY since the age of 8 and once you fully go there you CAN NOT go back. This means you’ll be using mental energy every single time you fall asleep and it will chronically ruin the quality of your sleep. You have a higher chance to dream that you’re awake at night so even though you’re asleep it feels like you’re just laying down with your eyes closed, which leads to being extremely tired the next day. And the nightmares. The lucid nightmares. They’re the most terrifying and realistic things I’ve ever experienced and they’ve stopped my heart because of how bad they get because once you fully unlock lucid dreaming you CANT always wake yourself up. PLEASE for the love of God everyone who sees this- lucid dreaming is NOT that fun once you get to that point. Please do NOT try to unlock this for yourself long term.

I think this was amplified by you having recorded your own voice. The subconscious mind is known to respond better to its own body's recognized voice as opposed to another.

the book 'Beyond The Dreamwall' by Kalen Vey is one of the few books that actually goes deep into mastering lucid dreams instead of repeating the same beginner advice

I’ve mastered lucid dreaming 😁 I loveeee my dream life! I’ve done so many amazing things and a lot of crazy things. I experience more in my dreams than I do in real life. Food taste/smells better, I have my mall that has the cutest clothes! The biggest movie theater ever that I’ve watched movies in. I’ve traveled the state, the country, the world! I also can breathe under water in my dreams than

What if we are all currently dreaming and her saying “you’re in a dream” is actually us all trying to warn ourselves and the dream is creating a reason to keep you in the dream 🤔🤔🤔
