Today I did red light therapy with my eyes open. I always thought that you had wear glasses or keep your eyes closed. Who knew I had it wrong all this time. . . During my session today I was told if I wanted to I could look at the red light because it would help with the vision problems I have as a result of the optic neuritis caused by my MS. . . Not gonna lie my eyes feel better. Could this be the placebo effect?
