I have to tell you, the only time I get cold sores is when I don’t wear SPF on my lips anytime I am outside. I never get them unless I forget to wear Softlips 15spf lip balm. Just a thought since you live in a sunny location.

Famciclovir doesn’t work for you? I’m so sorry. That’s horrible. I wouldn’t survive without the tablets now. Always keep an emergency packet on hand.

I’ve not had a cold sore since I had my hysterectomy in 2020 I was allowed to believe it’s the HPV virus and it only exist as long as you’ve got cervix I could be wrong. That’s my interpretation of what they were saying and that’s what I stick with, but I haven’t had one since.
