@7newsaustralia: Australia and Fiji have agreed to a new military alliance that would see the nations defend one another if either comes under an armed attack. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Fiji's Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka have signed two new agreements at a ceremony in Suva on Monday. The Ocean of Peace Alliance (Veitacini Treaty) means both countries have agreed to mutually defend one another.
