The bench harness is a good thing. I used a cheap one off of Amazon and it worked like a dream and was able to kick back in the garage and tune in a comfortable setting and really concentrate on what I was doing.

Bench harness is a must I’ve used it works great gmt800 trucks got to much electronic stuff the interfer with it l learnt my lesson bricked a pcm through the obd port
