They have always existed. My kids are in high school and have had a custodial IRA for quite a few years. Sure a 1000.00 to start is nice. But it’s not life changing money unless you are able to contribute to your kids retirement account

This is absolutely amazing!!!! I started my girls off in Roth IRA’s when they were 15!! They will be millionaires 5-6 times over, most will come out tax free!!! Please continue to tell people!!
