@luisaeammour: No-bake Biscoff Cheesecake 🍰 Full recipe below 🤎 INGREDIENTS * 300g Biscoff biscuits, crushed * 150g butter, melted * 500g cream cheese * 120g icing sugar * 400ml heavy cream * 150g Biscoff spread * 150g Biscoff spread (topping) * 120ml heavy cream (topping) METHOD 1. Mix biscuits with melted butter, press into a tin and chill. 2. Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and 150g Biscoff spread until smooth. Fold in the whipped heavy cream. 3. Pour onto the base and chill for 6 hours or overnight. 4. Heat 150g Biscoff spread with 120ml heavy cream until smooth.
