Just you and the floor – and this is what chest training looks like at home. 4 moves, one session, every muscle angle covered: 👉 Regular push-ups – build your base 👉 Diamond push-ups – inner chest & triceps 👉 Wide push-ups – outer chest, full stretch 👉 Archer push-ups – unilateral strength, the hardest one A few things that actually matter: 🫁 Breathe – exhale on the push up, inhale on the way down. Never hold your breath. ⏱️ Rest – 30-45 sec between exercises, 60-90 sec between sets. Don’t rush it. 🎯 Feel the muscle – slow down the movement, especially on the way down. That’s where the chest actually works. 🔁 3 sets per exercise is enough if you’re doing it right.
