Before people get offended, this wasn’t me saying cis women “aren’t feminine.” 😭 What I mean is that a lot of trans women grow up studying femininity very intentionally. The makeup, the voice, the body language, the beauty standards, the glamour, the presentation — it becomes something we consciously learn and refine instead of something we’re automatically socialized into from birth. So sometimes trans women end up understanding “performed femininity” on a very deep level because we had to analyze it, build it, and perfect it piece by piece. That doesn’t make anyone better than anyone else. It’s just an observation about gender, presentation, and attraction dynamics. 👀 ##fyp##trans
