@csmoic: I saw some people drawing Kris and Noelle in obsession, which I just watched for the first time last night and was thoroughly disturbed by, and I thought it would be a fun way to study! Let me be clear that this is not an au, it’s more so a reference to the fact that this movie and the weird route are thematically similar in that they both explore a lack of agency, the effects of patriarchal society, depersonalization, codependency, etcetera. In no way am I trying to imply that bear is a similar character morally to Kris by putting them in his role in a majority of these, which is why I made the soul imagery so on the nose.
