@alphaclubclinic: 🚫 The ONE testosterone ester I’d never use… Not all testosterone is created equal. 👇 ✅ Cypionate – my favourite. Stable, predictable, easy to dial in. ✅ Enanthate – virtually the same. Another excellent choice. 🟡 Sustanon – it works, but four different esters means four different release rates. A bit old school, and not my first pick. ❌ Undecanoate (Nebido) – this is the one I’d avoid. The ester is so long that making adjustments takes weeks, not days. If your dose isn’t right, you’re stuck waiting. Dialling in your TRT becomes far harder than it needs to be.
