I’m not really embarrassed by it buuuut I had the stomach flu and didn’t know, so I did a double shot of preworkout and then a double shot of protein after the workout and then I went to work doing industrial sandblasting in the heat and sht myself while working 😂 I threw away my dirty stuff and cleaned up and went back to work and then my boss found out and sent me home.
