I used to have the worst night terrors, they did start to subside with therapy and an environment change. I wish you the best 😊❤️

I've found that when I think about my childhood or the people in my childhood memories in the daytime. I often dream about them at night. So when i think about the real nasty people, in the daytime. I'll try and think about something real pleasant really fast so those old memories won't find there way into my dreams. Also i downloaded the app K-love and I listen to it. It's free. Maybe try it.

I use 🍃 for sleep, it lets me stay asleep. Not waking up a couple times every hour has been nice. Daytime use is extremely limited.

I see my next door neighbor shoot my dog in front of me at least every other night he wouldn’t let me run to her he shot her four times with me screaming her name right behind him all she was trying to do was play in the woods and he lied to the police and said she bit him and just bc he had a hole in his pants they believed him but I seen it all and she tried to run home and died in his front yard she was so close to home she just wanted one last hug but he had his gun in the air waving it around like I would have been next I was scared for me and her but she was already gone
