@mosedlat: Claude's most powerful model, Fable 5, is back. Most business users are prompting it completely wrong. Not because they lack skill. Because every prompting guide out there is written for engineers. Subagents, refactors, codebases. If you run a business instead of writing code, that advice was never for you. So I rebuilt the whole framework for operators. Eleven moves, no code, for the work you actually do: proposals, analysis, board decks, client work, decisions. Here is the shift that makes all of it click. Stop treating Fable 5 like a faster keyboard you type instructions into. Start treating it like an exceptionally capable new hire. You do not tell a great hire every keystroke. You give them the goal, the context, the standard, and the boundaries, then you review what comes back. You are not the typist. You are the director. A few of the eleven moves: Goal. Give the outcome and the why, not the steps. "This is going to a skeptical board to approve budget" gets a completely different result than "write me a summary." Decisiveness. Capable models love to hand you five balanced options. That is not help, it is homework. Tell it to recommend, not just list. You can always overrule it. Evidence. This is the one that matters most for business. Before it reports anything, make it check every claim against a real source and flag what it could not verify. Confident and wrong is the most expensive failure in business AI. This one line is your cheapest insurance against it. Delivery. Lead with the answer, not three paragraphs of build-up.
