Looks like your skin barrier is disrupted, use a gentle face wash, weleda skin food moisturiser & La Roche Possay cicaplastb5 balm. Helped me clear my face when it was like this. Also peppermint tea helped

only thing that cleared it for me after months of creams and appointments was doxycycline 50mg speak to your GP and ask for it can take a couple weeks to see it clear but i swear by it everytime i had a flare up

Girl I had the worst perioral dermatitis and beef tallow helped me. My 3 year old also gets a lil dermatitis and that has cleared his!! Sounds gross but amazing stuff 🕺🏼🕺🏼
