I like the way he makes it look easy. what he did not explain is that lenders do affordability test to see that u have source of income to sustain the mortgage. if its buy to let, ur deposit is higher and u pay capital gains s tax. u can do it, but not this Easy.

If you are talking of the first mortgage, then it makes sense. When you buy a second property, the stamp duty is higher. For example, you pay £25,000 stamp duty on £350. A house for 50k in UK? Haba!!! Na garage???
