Im not sure on what basis or ground ilets have these bands, because I’m in the uk for more then 2 years now, and band 9 is not the the way the English speak, so it raise a question do i need to be good enough to speak like a native or should one be more focused on the grammar and staff and speak like in the basis on these band system
