The Va sent me an email saying I had a C&P with loyal sources, for headaches on June 19th, 2026 at 12:00am. The address was out of MD and the phone number was out of MD. So I called loyal sources and talked to someone about why the appointment was made at 12:00am. They told me they weren’t going to call me. And they didn’t call me and claim was denied. After looking at the evidence, no one looked at the secure messages to my Va provider and that I was prescribed medication for headaches. After the denial letter came loyal sources sent a letter dated 6/18/26 sent out on 6/23/26.

Think positive! :
The whole system is a joke, had my C&P yesterday, both shoulders bad, only did range of motion to the front, not side or up, didn't touch me, not one question about pain or how it affects my day to day life or work...It's been over a year.
