A premium Japanese-Peruvian feast with Sydney Rock oysters, scallop sashimi, jalapeño tuna tartare, silky ceviche, signature fried chicken, charcoal-kissed octopus, aged duck and an MB9+ wagyu striploin that absolutely lived up to the hype.
