You should be convincing them in the interview that you have the skills to do the job, that you have what it takes.   👉🏼Tell them how you can be a value add to their organization.👈🏼   🔥How you can help them achieve their goals. “I want to work here because I know one of your 3rd quarter goals is to break into the retail market in specifically in the area of e-commerce and as we’ve discussed I have done that in my last two positions, I know I can help you achieve your goals and get where you want to go”   Convince them that you’re not only qualified for this job but you will help them achieve their goals.
