the way i see it, we’re all abominations (what the bible calls same sex marriage in genesis i think) since were born from sin, jesus’ messages of love and kindness should be for all people, even homosexuals. it’s just that the reality is that most gay or lesbian people are turned away from religion because of the way close minded people treat them and their denouncement of religion is what harms their image (which is totally fine). God loves every single one of us, remember that!
