That coin is a 17th or 18th-century Dutch lead token (known as a Wapenloodje or Gildeloodje) from the city of Amsterdam, dating back to the Dutch Golden Age. While it looks like a coin, it was actually a commercial or guild token rather than legal tender. It was typically used for: 1) Tax and Customs: Serving as a receipt or seal to prove that duties had been paid on goods entering the port of Amsterdam. 2) Guild / Labor Tokens: Distributed to dockworkers, grain measurers, or guild members to regulate shifts or to be exchanged for wages at the end of the day.
