People kept criticizing her partner but he knew that this was an incredibly overstimulating experience for her and he was protecting her. I understand people wanted to be there to support her journey but I really can’t believe they didn’t think about her physical and mental condition upon her arrival and give her some space. I once lived off grid in a cabin - from Nov to May we were snowed in. We went to town once a month. When the snow melted and all the people poured in I cried for a week- my senses were overwhelmed.

I think what it means when “not talked to anyone” people have to understand she was completely alone for over a month. Talked to herself/phone, sent messages out. A few radio calls, yeah. But I don’t think she realized what she’d be welcomed to. The noise, the attention, and exhaustion!! She hauled butt!! Everyone said she’d sleep so good. No, she’d sleep 4hrs a night. Cat naps. She’s gonna have major insomnia for a little while.

well . if none went she would of felt sad and if people went then she felt overwhelmed. better to be overwhelmed for a short time then be sad all the time wondering if people were proud of her. Im sure she is recovering just fine
