To the slow cooker: add beef mince, onion, red capsicum, garlic, tinned tomatoes, Old El Paso Taco seasoning, Simply Wholesome pantry Mexican Recipe Base, salt, and pepper. Give it all a good mix. 2. Cook on high for 4 hours. 3. Then to the slow cooker: add jasmine rice, beef stock, tinned black beans and corn. Stir to combine. 4. Cook on high for 1 hour. 5.
