It's not a ramp its a staircase. If he wants to do that on his bicycle he should have spotters in place to warn anyone who might walk into his landing area.

I don't know if the video and the story are the same thing however based solely on the video the cyclist was completely at fault. reckless endangerment and should be completely liable

is this judge retarded? See how stupid or justice system is this stupid ass kid is going down incline that is not designed for bikes that is so damn obvious his design for walking down not a bicycle going down at high speed. Yes he’s 100% responsible and how can you change direction in mid flight? This judge is stupid and stupid can get should be impeached. Yes the victim should get full amount of money it doesn’t matter if even if the pedestrian solve the kid coming out, he still using a device that he’s writing at high speed down a stairway that is not designed to ride a bike downthe hill.
