Doesn’t rhaenyra legitimise adam and alyn in the books after Jace convinces her to? I understand they want to show rhaenyra making paranoid decisions but this one doesn’t make sense especially since Joffrey is her heir and will take the Targaryen name when he takes the throne so there’s no reason for rhaenyra not to legitimise them

I disagree I think daemon would be a good king or an alright king because he commands fear and respect and he is smart enough to know he would need a good small council

LIKE GIVE MY GIRL A BREAK, she clearly said two times "At this moment i cannot do it" Like rhaenyra just ascended the throne, she already has alot going on, fake daeron, and the city lord ormund took, her small council, she doesnt have a queensguard, the worry of aemond, HALLUCINATIONS OF JACE, the treasury was robbed, the smallfolk are starving, and lord corlys couldnt wait a while? Like i get it he needs an heir but he can be patient. Corlys knew laenor was gay, yet he still pushed him to marry Rhaenyra knowing that Laenor was into men and was probably not comfortable with having intimacy with a woman. Calling Luke a bastard, probably shocked her but then she got angry because he called her firstborn, WHO DIED LIKE 4 DAYS AGO, How would you have reacted to this? That you put your worries on legitimising a bastard instead of the starving smallfolk.

I think that scene where daemon and Rhaenyra are talking about conquering everything. You really start to think Daenerys wasn’t that mad talking about taking over everything like Essos. But we are getting a mad queen.
