Yeah nah I would have been suspicious of him having no negative reviews to begin with, knowing what it's like to work with the public. someone will always find something to be mad about. like if I go online shopping, I'm looking for listing with like a medium good rating and then I go read the bad reviews. Sometimes they're legitimate problems with the product but other times it's all stuff like "My kid threw this out the window from the 6th floor and it broke, I want my money back" or like once I was buying hair dye because I do my own hair, and the top negative review was that they couldn't get the dye out. 'worked as advertised' was their complaint. Always read the negative reviews, don't just write it off because it has a few negative reviews.

I’ve hated anytime I’ve planned to go somewhere and have to find somewhere for my dog to go. I usually pay for the pet suites but it’s so expensive

You are not over reacting at all, this is crazy. I’m sorry you had to deal with this and figure out the hard way. I’d be so mad and go crazy if this happened to me and my baby’s. Absolutely terrifying.

I’m SO sorry you went through that experience but so glad your baby ended up safe. I tried working for rover to be that good apple in the bunch but too my horror stories made me stop even being the good apple unless a repeat customer wants me again

I am so so so sorry. I'm a pet sitter on Rover and always do my best to ensure the dogs safety and comfort. It's crazy to me that people who don't care are on that platform. I can't imagine doing that to someone's dog.
