Proper cosy, festive comfort food that eats like a dream 😮‍💨 Such a easy dinner ready in 30 minutes and high protein too 🫶🏼 Ingredients (serves 2):  500g Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and chopped
15g lighter butter spread
70ml semi-skimmed milk

200g chicken breast  1 tsp garlic granules  1 tsp onion granules  1 tsp dried sage  Salt & pepper to taste 150ml chicken stock  1 tsp chicken gravy granules  4 pigs in blankets 
40g half fat mature cheddar, grated
20g mozzarella, grated 1 tbsp cranberry sauce 
 💕Bring the potatoes to boil in cold salted water and cooking for 15-18 minutes, or until completely tender. 💕Cook the pigs in blankets according to packet instructions. Once cooked, cut each one in half and set aside. 💕Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with half of the garlic granules, onion granules and dried sage, plus salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 💕Remove the chicken from the pan and shred it using two forks, then return to the pan over a low heat. Pour in the chicken stock and add the remaining garlic granules, onion granules and dried sage. Stir everything together and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is juicy and well coated. 💕Stir through the gravy granules and simmer for a further 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Keep warm. 💕Drain the potatoes well and add the butter and milk, season with salt and pepper, and mash until smooth and creamy. 💕Divide the mash between two ovenproof bowls and spoon the sage pulled chicken over the top.  💕Scatter over all of the cheese then place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes until melted and bubbling. 💕Finish with the halved pigs in blankets and a spoonful of cranberry sauce before serving.
