Wolverine has to take out the robits because it's a "kid show" and they can't show him mauling people. (bummer) Bone claws that conveniently cut metal makes no sense. The whole poisoning issue is weird. His healing factor has regenerated him back from a drop of blood but can't stop the adamantium poisoning? While other characters that have been bonded with adamantium like Cyber who doesn't have healing factor have no issues?

honestly just thought of this ong in case his hands half way up his forearm in Adamantuim everything else stays normal while he keeps the razor or sharper claws his healing factor is faster than before ong imagine being fast & not breaking your claws over & over

You know what they should do? Fuse his claws only with Adamantium. Just like they did with X-23 in the comics. Or fuse it with his claws and skeletal arms.
