You can try wetting the dressings with saline before pulling them off. It would hurt less and reduce the risk of wound reopening.

huhu kak aku nanti laparotomi, gak bs laparoscopy karna sebaran aku luas, jadi dokter harus ubek2 rahimku:( udah siap bgt buat tindakan ini karna aku gak sanggup selama 7 tahun, dimana 2 thn terakhir ini sakitnya luarbiasa dan sebarannya meluas😭🙏
