I was left confused when i prayed for a child, conceived that child, my husband and I prayed for the pregnancy throughout the pregnancy, then my baby died in my womb at 8 months. After this experience, i concluded that prayer doesn't and will not change the mind of God. What he planned to happen in my life, will happen.

this is embarrassing I've read this other book, I think it's found on old testament whereby there was this king, was his name Hiskia? ain't sure about that. The king highly feared God and was leading his country in a right way. While reigning years were coming to an end and when he was growing old God then sent his prophet to tell him that he's gonna die and he should inform his family, you know what the king did? He bowed down, faced the wall, started praying, reminding God how he has been honoring him, all of the good wills and doing good things for God's nation, I think he was King of Israel by that time, it's been months since I've read that part. You know what happened? God gave him more reigning and living years, and you guys are here telling me that prayer is useless? The day will come and you'll be reminded of all these nonsense.
