Check these out from Target! My 15 month old loves them and they are a quick easy lunch or dinner option with hidden veggies! My target sells them in the frozen section next to the little spoon stuff.

I will say. You would be surprised at how young a kid can learn to use a regular cup. They pick it up pretty easily when in the high chair or at the table.

@Taylor Grasso | Dietitian , what are your thoughts on this weird virus/parasite thing going on now that is in produce of all kinds? How do you try to avoid it? Can we really not eat any fresh produce all summer and have to be afraid to? I’m so scared. We belong to a local farm share CSA so get most veggies from there all summer. You think buying produce from places like that are local farms and farmers markets is safe? Thanks!
